Your Credit Card will be charged a $50 deposit prior to arrival

If a reservation for over a week is not cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to any refund of any advanced deposit

Reservations less than a week and cancelled within 48 Hrs. are eligible for a full refund

In cases of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled/changed

Prices and site types are subject to availability

No refunds will be issued for early check out

Monthly utilities fees will be assessed in accordance with current metering and fess collection standards

All Long Term rentals must pay a $50 utility deposit for all spaces, along with a $25 background check per adult (18+)
